How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all associated data
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your user account and profile information
- Email address and authentication data
- OAuth provider associations
- Portfolio data and trading positions
- Trading history and logs
- Market data preferences and settings
- All other personal data associated with your account
What May Be Retained
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some information:

- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems may be retained for a limited period

Alternative: Account Deactivation
If you prefer to temporarily disable your account instead of permanent deletion, you can:
