How to Request Complete Data Deletion
Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Art. 17), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK Art. 11), you have the unconditional right to request the permanent erasure of all personal data held by SmartEEDigital Teknoloji A.Ş.

Data Permanently Erased

Exceptions Retained by Statute
- •Fiscal Tax Invoices: Mandatory accounting records retained for 7–10 years by Paddle / SmartEEDigital under commercial statutory law
- •Anonymized Telemetry: Aggregated, de-identified platform metrics that cannot identify individual users
- •Public Market OHLCV Data: Historical exchange price feeds are non-personal market records
