Global Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your TradingMaster Pro, Basic, or Enterprise subscription for any reason, you are legally entitled to request a full 100% refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date. No mandatory explanation or justification is required. This statutory right applies to all new subscription accounts globally.

To initiate a formal refund request under our guarantee, simply contact our dedicated billing team via email at [email protected] or open a request with your NOWPayments payment reference. Please include: • Your registered TradingMaster account email address • The NOWPayments Order ID / Payment Reference Number • Date of original transaction and cryptocurrency payment asset All approved refund requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours and credited directly via NOWPayments to your designated cryptocurrency wallet within 3 to 5 business days, subject to standard blockchain confirmations.

You retain the unilateral right to cancel your recurring subscription at any moment directly through your Account Settings > Billing Management portal. Upon cancellation: • Your account remains fully active with unrestricted access to all features, AI signals, and bot execution until the exact expiration timestamp of your current paid billing period. • No subsequent recurring charges or renewal fees will be debited. • In accordance with standard SaaS provisions, we do not issue prorated partial refunds for unused days if cancellation occurs after the initial 14-day money-back window has elapsed.

When upgrading between tiers (e.g., Basic to Pro), any unused monetary balance from your existing billing cycle is immediately credited against the cost of the new tier on a strictly prorated basis. When downgrading, your existing higher-tier privileges will persist until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which the new subscription rate will automatically apply.

To maintain platform integrity and prevent fraudulent exploitation, SmartEEDigital reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is clear evidence of policy abuse, including but not limited to: repeated subscription-and-refund cycles, willful violation of our Master Terms of Service, fraudulent account creation, or systematic abuse of proprietary AI algorithmic models.
