By accessing TradingMaster AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Nature of Service
TradingMaster AI is a software tool for technical analysis and automation. We are NOT Financial Advisors. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves high risk.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are handled by our authorized reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities or market manipulation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingMaster AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
